Do the test
Test
A test follows now. You need a valid e-mail address in order to register and to complete the test. The results will be sent to this e-mail address.
The test contains 10 questions. The minimum score is 80%. You have up to 2 attempts to complete the test successfully. Bring the certificate with you during your visit.
WARNING! Access to the site will be denied without our Life Saving Rules/Bedrijvenpark Botlek certificate. This can either be a print or a digital display on your phone.
Did you already obtain our Life Saving Rules/Bedrijvenpark Botlek certificate in the past 2 years? Please bring your certificate with you with each visit. Continue to step 3.
